The International Journal of Leadership, Education, & Business Studies (IJLEBS), peer-reviewed and published annually, seeks to advance the theory, research, and practice of all aspects of leadership, education, and business studies in various organizations. Research results are preferred, but theoretical contributions, concepts papers, and new applications are also appropriate. Although leadership, education, and business topics are emphasized, any area of interest in organizational behavior, human resource management, strategy, international management, health sciences, or entrepreneurship is also encouraged. Publication in the journal is co-sponsored by the World Association for Academic Doctors, Inc. and the Virginia University of Lynchburg to promote academic research and development.
