Dr. Rae Denise Madison received a Doctor of Management (DM) degree at Colorado Technical University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Atlanta University (now known as Clark Atlanta University), and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Virginia Union University. Dr. Madison is a retiree of Delta Air Lines, Inc. Currently, Dr. Madison is an Adjunct Professor at Colorado Technical University with 10 years of service. Her primary research focus is on identifying and solving organizational problems and recommending solutions, streamlining processes and procedures, anything airlines, and management. Dr. Madison volunteers at local nursing homes, facilitate at various hospitality events, reads to kindergartners, and dresses up at holidays and surprises them with treats. She loves singing in the church choir, sculpturing, traveling, and meeting and greeting people from all walks of life. Her distinct honor is to serve!
